One of the things our guests love most about staying at JC Villas Florida is how easy it is to reach all the major theme parks. You’re close enough to feel the excitement, but far enough to come home to peace and comfort after a big day out.
Walt Disney World is around 15 minutes from the villa, sitting just over in the Lake Buena Vista area, perfect for quick trips to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom. Universal Orlando is also simple to reach, heading north on I‑4 towards the top of International Drive.
Even though the drive itself is short, it’s worth remembering that parking and the walk to the park entrances can add a little extra time. A relaxed start and a bit of planning always help you make the most of your day.

Only 10 minutes from ChampionsGate Resort and completely free to enter, Promenade at Sunset Walk is one of our favourite places to recommend to guests. It’s a lovely spot for the whole family, relaxed, safe, and full of things to enjoy at your own pace.
You can wander between shops, grab a bite at one of the many restaurants, or settle in for the live entertainment that runs most evenings, including great live music and family‑friendly performances.
It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day at the parks or enjoy a slow Florida evening together and it’s close enough that you can pop over whenever the mood strikes.
Highland Reserve

Highlands Reserve Golf Club in Davenport offers an affordable, well‑kept championship course set on one of Florida’s highest ridges, just minutes from JC Villas.
With pine‑lined fairways, spacious Scottish‑style layouts, and newly renovated Diamond Zoysia greens, it’s a fun, friendly course suited to all levels.
Guests can enjoy a relaxed pro shop, snack bar, and excellent service, with the club recently voted one of the Top 25 Most Improved Courses in the USA. A great option for casual rounds, outings, or tournaments during your stay.
